‘When you’re in the corn, everything looks the same’: it’s fun to get lost in California’s giant corn maze | California

Once upon a time, the owner of a giant Northern California Egyptian labyrinth asked once the world’s largest visitors were entertainment in disappearance.

Taylor Coley, owner of the Cool Patch Pumpkins, said, “This is confusing. In the world of exciting and GPS and constant signs, you know where you are always, where you go,” Taylor Coley said. “When I was in Egypt, everything looks the same until I got out of a bridge, and ‘Oh wait, I’m here. I thought I was there.’ ‘

For the Interstate 80 between Coley’s patch and Sacramento and San Francisco, the Egyptian Labyrinth is once again open for the autumn season until the Halloween. In 2007 and again in 2014, Cool Patch Pumpkins gained a place in the world as the largest Egyptian labyrinth in the World Records Book of Guinness.

The labyrinth-40 acres (16.2 hectares) spread-type to complete at least 45 minutes to complete and contain five different bridges that allow the maze to rise above the stems. Coley and his team are known for their same designs in corn in corn in corn. This year’s labyrinth celebrates farmers. The previous seasons honored the veterans and the first interventions in the maze design.

“Everything is done by hand, Cooley Coley said. “We want to convey something fun and exciting, and then we build our ways around it.”

In the last afternoon, close and distant visitors pass through the labyrinth.

Ryan Moore, who visited Hawaii, said, “I don’t have a sense of direction and we can spend it here all day. This is good. We have water. We will survive for three days.”

Likewise, Redwood City, Shelly Tang from California, if they disappear, always have corn to eat.

“My children have a better sense of direction than me, so I will follow them,” he said.

In addition to an Egyptian labyrinth in Canada, Quebec, people in Minnesota and Illinois have a record -breaking labyrinths with a turning or kilometer.

Beyond the labyrinth, there is a Cool Patch, a corn bath for young children full of dried corn (68.000kg) for young children full of dried corn.
