Cold and flu season again on us (really ends ??). Like me, if you can’t bear to get sick in any way, shape or form, then you’ve come to the right place.

I hope to minimize the potential to get sick this year, Reddit user Shinobi347 He asked recently, “Rarely sick people: What is the secret?” Whether you have an immune professional or sick sally (Idk, just roll with me), this autumn and winter will help you keep you well in these answers have plenty of advice.
