A heavy elevator drone made a dramatic rescue of a man trapped on a collapsed roof because it was shot by the flood for the second time this week.
Hosting three rivers and 300,000 inhabitants, the heavy rains, which came together on Saturday, sinked half of Rongjiang, the flooded river edge, and forced the inhabitants to evacuate a higher place.
At the beginning of this week, Rongjiang took a record rainfall that killed six people and forced more than 80,000 people to escape from their homes. Within 72 hours, the amount of rain was twice the average rainfall of the city in June.
According to media reports, China uses highly advanced technological equipment to save people from the areas under water.
