At the beginning of this week, Rongjiang took a record rainfall that killed six people and forced more than 80,000 people to escape from their homes. Within 72 hours, the amount of rain was twice the average rainfall of the city in June.
According to media reports, China uses highly advanced technological equipment to save people from the areas under water.
