Prince Harry’s devastation ‘exposed’ as marriage questioned | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s reconciliation with the Royal Family has been put under the spotlight. TalkTV presenter Jeremy Kyle, 60, has addressed claims that the Duke of Sussex misses his former role in the UK and is “desperate” to reconcile with King Charles.

On Monday’s edition of the breakfast show, the host was joined by royal commentator Michael Bell, who examined Harry and Meghan’s life in Montecito, California. Michael explained: “It’s obvious how much Prince Harry misses this country. He misses his friends, he misses the lifestyle here.”

California is great, but the weather is more or less the same every day. Same people every day. And unless you’re deeply interested in the entertainment industry, it can be pretty boring.”

He continued: “There’s diversity here. He loves sports, he loves rugby. He loves everything. His friends are here too. There’s no doubt he misses that.”

“He desperately wants to make peace with his father.”

The royal expert suggested it might be possible, but it was a “absolute no, no” for his brother, the Prince of Wales.

Host Jeremy questioned whether the couple could go their separate ways.

Michael dismissed the idea and argued that although this was Meghan’s second marriage, Americans were known to be “serial monogamists.”

He explained: “They have a few marriages and they move on and turn their lives around. It’s part of the American Dream. The pursuit of happiness.”

The royal commentator said he was hopeful their marriage would stand the test of time.

“One hopes the marriage will last,” he said. “Because people hate to see divorce. People get hurt by it. It’s very, very hard on the kids.”

Harry and Meghan remarried in 2018, but there are rumors that the couple’s relationship has become strained.

Michael’s comments come just days after Meghan and Harry returned to the US from a four-day visit to Australia.

Traveling without their children, the couple visited Australia to undertake various joint and solo activities.
