‘Why Would You Want Somebody Else’s Nobel Prize?’
Reporter attacked the President Donald Trump “Why would you want someone else’s Nobel Prize?” he asked on Friday afternoon when he accepted a gift prize he didn’t win.
Trump announced that he would be honored to receive the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize Maria Corina Machado. Following news suggesting that his failure to reject the award contributed to Trump’s decision not to support him, Machado said: Sean Hannity He would love to give his award to the president.
Machado and Trump signed the agreement at the White House on Thursday, but the honor that comes with the award is inalienable.
The president took questions from reporters on the North Lawn of the White House on his way to Marine One on his way to Mar-a-Lago and was asked about his used trophy:
REPORTER: Yesterday, yesterday you accepted Maria Machado’s Nobel Prize medal. What do you plan to do with it? So why would you want someone else’s Nobel Prize?
PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP: He offered me this. I thought it was very beautiful. “You know, you fought eight wars and no one in history deserves this award more than you,” he said. And I thought it was a very nice gesture. By the way, I think she is a very good woman and we will talk again.

REPORTER: You just said Machado is a very good person. He said the meeting went well. Why adapt? Delci Rodriguez And not with Machado, who has the support of the Venezuelan people, but with the remnants of the Maduro regime?

But let me tell you, yesterday I had a wonderful meeting with a person I respect very much.
And of course he respects me and our country. And he gave me the Nobel Prize.
But let me tell you this, I recognized him. I’ve never met him before. And I was very, very impressed. She’s a really good woman.
