25 companies, including Adobe, Nvidia and Accenture, earn spot in Fortune World’s Best Workplace 2025 list

25 companies, including Adobe, Nvidia, Accenture, Marriott International and DHL Express, were included in the Fortune World’s Best Workplaces 2025 list.
The list, compiled by Fortune’s research partner Great Place To Work, is based on more than 9 million survey responses representing the experiences of more than 25 million workers worldwide.
Great Place To Work said in a statement that despite the challenges and complexity of working on a global scale, these companies offer an outstanding employee experience.
“They outperformed their peers both locally and globally on measures of employee trust, pride and camaraderie.”
Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work, stated that the powerful impact these large companies have on our planet is a sacred trust.
Of the more than 9 million employees surveyed, more employees say their companies trust them and want them to grow as people and professionals, Bush said.
“These economic powerhouses also strengthen the societies in which they operate and leave behind a better world than the one they inherited,” he added.
Fortune’s research partner noted that the best workplaces demonstrate significantly higher levels of productivity, innovation and agility than typical workplaces.

In addition to analyzing employee feedback for the World’s Best Workplaces list, the survey also noted what companies could tell them about their programs and workplace strategies, according to Fortune. Following this, responses were rigorously evaluated and cross-examined against Great Place To Work’s research-driven criteria.
Companies were recognized based on the degree to which they outperformed others in their home countries and around the world.
