6-Year-Old Girl Raped and Murdered in Narsingi; Accused Arrested

Hyderabad: In a grisly incident that sent shockwaves across Narsingi district, a six-year-old girl was raped and killed by a predator on Sunday.

According to the police, the accused lured the innocent child away by promising to buy him chocolate. When the girl did not return home on Sunday evening, her parents became alarmed and searched the area before lodging a formal complaint at Narsingi Police Station around 10pm.

Police are checking local CCTV footage which shows the terrifying image of the suspect dragging the young girl away. Upon notice, police teams caught the suspect and detained him. More details are awaited.
