Third round of Ukraine-Russia talks expected in Turkey
A breakthrough expectations are low.
The two sides came together in May and June before, but could not accept the end of the war for about three and a half years.

Potential talks come after US President Donald Trump gave Russia a “50 -day” to make a peace agreement with Ukraine or bruising sanctions.
