750 kgs of dry ganja seized in Khanapur, four arrested in Warangal

In a large breakthrough, the drug control team and the Khanapur police seized 750 kilograms of dry ganga worth 3.80 Crore, and arrested four people in connection with smuggling in the Chilukamma Nagar Forest region in the region.

The defendant was described as Pandaoureddy, Odisha’s goals from Odisha, Koppu Kotaiah from Odisha, and Bhukya Saikumar from the Anthagiri latch in the Suriapet Region.

Police commissioner Sunpreet Singh, who announced the details to the media people in Hanamkonda on Tuesday, carried four plastic bags on a motorcycle to kidnap the defendants, the defendant Ramesh and Majji Krishna.

“After seeing the police party, the defendant tried to escape, but immediately caught on Monday. During the interrogation, in a hidden place in the forest, including the escaping of approximately 750 kg, confessed that they had dry Ganga,” he said.

The defendants announced that they were paid 10,000 las for their participation in the operation. The investigation revealed that the defendant participated in a large number of smuggling operations by attempting to sell 120 kilograms of dry ganga in Bidar.

A lawsuit against the defendants was recorded. CP said they started a hunt to capture the escaped defendants.

CP, Special Branch ACP M. Jitender Redy, the drug control team inspector Satish and other staff congratulated the team in the operation.
