Two-wheeler rider injured in wild elephant attack in Thiruvananthapuram

A wild elephant attacked Jithendran on Sunday, September 22, 2025 at the foot of the city, a 48 -year -old man in Vitor and was seriously injured.

The police said Mr. Jithendran, who traveled to Palode to work on a two -wheeled, stumbled on a wild elephant passing by. Doctors at the Local Taluk Hospital were treated for multiple bone injuries, including several broken ribs.

The Forest Department sent the elephant team to chase Tusker into the Agasthya bio sphere forests more deeply.
