The two leaders came together during the 10th Fourth Foreign Ministers meeting in Washington in July and in early January. The bilateral debate on Monday is seen as an important step to strengthen the ties after months of trade friction.
The 80th session of Unga, which was officially opened on September 9, 2025, sees the high -level general debate that started on September 23rd. India-US strategic coordination is expected to continue to be an important emphasis on the summit.
