Albanese and other world leaders ‘understood’ why Trump had to cancel meetings, White House claims

On Thursday evening, the President asked whether he planned to hold these meetings, and the White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said that most of these world leaders understood the situation in the Middle East and the need to return to Washington to watch this situation.

“Frankly, this was not only the success of the operation on Saturday night, but also when the ceasefire that the president was mediating not only in our country, but also the whole world.

“But he formed a few of these meetings and made a direct phone call with some of the leaders to meet.”

However, he acknowledged that these meetings have not yet been held.

Australian and US leaders did not hold a hundred -to -face meeting seven months before the election of Mr. Trump.

Mr. Albane, in an interview on Sky News in the beginning of this week, said that he “accepted ile with Mr. Trump to hold a meeting that will take place at a time that is suitable for both of us”.
