In the Viral video, the 1971 Indo-Pak War told a retired Pakistani soldier, how difficult it was to confront the Indian army. He said Indian soldiers had a massacre in Dakka. “When the Indian army arrived, there was a convoy of thousands of military trucks pointing to the barrels of guns. They massacred everyone – only dead bodies and skulls remained,” he said.
The 1971 War of India and India, which led to the creation of Bangladesh, was one of the most descriptive moments in South Asian history. What began as the struggle of the Bengali people for identity and freedom turned into a humanitarian crisis when millions of people escaped from violence and persecution in Eastern Pakistan. When India intervened, the war lasted only 13 days – the shortest in modern history – but the influence was enormous.
