Sinclair Broadcast Group and Nexstar Media Group announced that they will bring the show back to ABC subsidiaries after a week of ban on Friday.
In the United States, the two companies carrying dozens of ABC stations drew the program on his comments about the death of Charlie Kirk’s death.
Sinclair decided to restore the talk show late at night after “thoughtful feedback from audience, advertisers and community leaders.
Kimmel was also briefly suspended from all ABC and returned to the network on Tuesday.
“I never intend to enlighten the murder of a young man.” He said.
By lifting the darkening in cities such as Washington, DC, Nashville, New Orleans and Seattle, Sinclair and Nexstar viewers can now watch Kimmel’s show again.
Sinclair, in a press release ABC and the parent company Disney discussions with “ongoing and constructive,” he said. Media holding, Disney’da “accountability” to encourage measures to propose measures, he said.
None of these measures have yet been accepted.
Nexstar also referred to positive discussions with ABC, saying that they “appreciate their constructive approaches to address our concerns” in a press release. The company said it was “commitment to maintain the first change.”
What happened?
Kimmel went down to hot water upon the death of the conservative fire Brand Kirk.

He also compared Trump’s response to the murder of the impressive murder.
Brendan Carr, President of the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) appointed by Trump, threatened to cancel ABC’s broadcast license during an interview with a conservative podcast.
After Carr’s comments, Sinclair and Nexstar said that they would stop publishing the show in dozens of ABC subsidiaries.
ABC then pulled the show completely into the air.
This triggered the country’s debate about free speech, including online trends of people who canceled Disney+ subscriptions.
Kimmel’s return
Disney announced on Monday that Kimmel will return to the air, but Sinclair and Nexstar claim that they would not publish it.
The return show on Tuesday’s record ratings are watching 6.26 million people although 6.26 million people do not publish it.
Kimmel went for what Trump and Carr call the “mafia” censorship tactics.
Kimmel, “Our leader is losing people because he can’t joke,” he said.
Trump was clearly disappointed in the restoration of Kimmel.
“I can’t believe that ABC fake news gave Jimmy Kimmel back.”
