A telephone enthusiasts were handled by public members on an e-bike and allowed researchers to match their DNA with the instructor who led to the arrest.

CCTV images published by City of London Police in June, 28 -year -old Spencer Duarte from Saffron Walden, rides a bike from the moments of London after playing a phone from the victim.

On August 7, 2024, the passing path that witnessed the incident lower his bike to the ground, a duarte shoe, three phones and one backpack lost.

Duarte, who managed to escape, can then be seen walking on a street with only one shoe.

Inner London was found guilty of theft in Crown Court in June. On September 24, he was sentenced to 15 months in prison.
