Texas Tech University System Chancellor Tedd L. Mitchell directed the university presidents to recognize the two sexes (male and female) that emphasized that their commitment to new requirements is compulsory for all employees, regardless of personal views.

On Tuesday, Fire wrote a letter to Angelo State claiming that the restrictions violated the first change and calling for the university to withdraw politics immediately.
