The right -wing populists threaten the protection of working class people under the rule of law, and the Chief Public Prosecutor will still say in his most political intervention.
In a criticism of Nigel Farage and Robert Jenrick, Richard Hermer will say that populist politicians pose a threat to “people who use the legal system and courts to“ verify important mistakes ..
Speaking on the first day of the Labor Party’s conference in Liverpool, Hermer said, “If you cannot trust your case or if your fundamental rights are taken in a fair way or your fundamental rights are taken, they are working class people who will pay the price.”
His words aimed at the right -wing politicians who have increasingly attacking the legal system, and in some cases, he faces the risk of falling into hearings by making explanations that may be prejudiced in active court procedures.
