The charges against the combs brought to the Mann Law are sentenced to a maximum of 20 years in prison.

After an eight -week hearing in July, he was acquitted for more serious tribute and sex smuggling.

Last December he spent Combs Christmas at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center and was held since his arrest in September 2024.

A source told The Daily Mail: “It was a nightmare for him to spend the holidays behind bars.”

He said he stayed stronger from another inside, although he kidnapped his family, close to the combs.
