The Peace Plan said that the entry of the distribution and aid to the Gaza Strip will proceed without intervening through the United Nations and Agencies, and Red Crescent will progress in addition to other international institutions that are not related to both sides. Opening of the Rafa pass in both directions will be subject to the same mechanism applied in accordance with the agreement on January 19, 2025.
Gaza will be ruled under the temporary transition of a technocratic, apolitical Palestinian committee responsible for ensuring the daily work of public services and municipalities for people in Gaza.
This committee will be chaired and chaired by President Donald J. Trump, including former Prime Minister Tony Blair.
This organ will determine the framework and the Palestinian authority, President Trump’s peace plan in 2020 and the Saudi-French proposal, including various proposals, will address the funds for the redevelopment of Gaza until he completes the reform program and can safely back Gaza’s control. This organ will call the best international standards to create modern and efficient governance that serves the people of Gaza and is suitable for investment.
According to the Peace Plan, a Trump Economic Development Plan to rebuild and energize Gaza will be created by collecting a panel of experts that helps give birth to modern miracle cities in the Middle East. Many thoughtful investment proposals and exciting development ideas have been prepared by well -intentioned international groups and will be evaluated to synthesize security and governance frameworks to attract and facilitate these investments that will create business, opportunity and hope for future Gaza.
He also stated that a special economic region will be established with the preferred tariffs and access rates to be negotiated with the participatory countries.
Nobody will have to leave Gaza and those who want to leave will be free to do so and will be free to return. “We will encourage people to stay and offer them the opportunity to build a better Gaza.” He said.
According to the peace plan, Hamas and other groups agree not to play a role in Gaza’s governance directly, indirectly or in any way. All military, terror and aggressive infrastructure, including tunnels and weapons production facilities, will be destroyed and not rebuilt.
Gaza will be placed beyond permanent use under the control of independent monitors under the control of independent monitors, and a demilitarization process that will be supported by an internationally financed and re -integration program confirmed by independent monitors.

The United States will work with Arab and international partners to develop a temporary international stability (ISF) to immediately deploy in Gaza. The ISF will train and support the Veterinary Palestinian Police forces in Gaza and consult Jordan and Egypt, which has extensive experience in this field. This force will be a long -term internal security solution.
ISF will work with Israel and Egypt to ensure the security of the border areas with the newly educated Palestinian police forces. It is important to prevent ammunition from entering Gaza and to facilitate the flow of fast and safe goods to rebuild and revive Gaza. An agreement will be reached by the parties on a decongliction mechanism.
The White House Peace Plan said that Israel will not occupy or add Gaza. While creating control and stability, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) will withdraw according to demilitarization between IDF, ISF, warranties and the United States to be agreed between demilitarization, milestones and time zones.
Practically, the IDF will gradually deliver the Gaza region, which it occupies to the ISF, until a security environment will remain until it is properly guaranteed from Gaza’s re -revived terror threat until it is completely withdrawn from Gaza.
In the event that Hamas delays or rejects this proposal, the above, including the scaled aid operation, will proceed in non -terrorism areas delivered from IDF to ISF.
Emphasizing the benefits that can be derived from peace, an inter -religious dialogue process will be established based on tolerance and peaceful asset values to try and change the mentality and narratives of the Palestinians and Israelis.
As Gaza redefituity progresses and the PA reform program is carried out with loyalty, the Palestine, which we regard as the desire of the Palestinian people, may be available for self -determination and conditions for a reliable way to state.
