Kerala Police launch training to tackle rising child sexual abuse material cases

Kerala Police, Kerala Polis Academy, Ramavarmapuram, Trissur’da Sacrifice Identity Mission Force (VIDTF) training program launched. The program, which started on September 29, will end on 9 October.

The initiative is designed to strengthen the ability of police force to effectively respond to the increasing number of increased CSAM cases. It is part of the Annual International Cocon Conference, led by Kerala police, which focuses on raising awareness about training, cyber crimes and investigation practices with various agencies.

About 40 civil servants from different states and the Police Forces of the Union Region are trying to investigate cyber crimes against children. In addition to the technical and practical sessions managed by experts in the field, education includes sessions that will help civil servants to cope with mental and emotional stress that come with research.

The program was officially opened at the Kerala Police Academy by DGP Manoj Abraham, Director of Anti -Avenge and Corruption.

ADGP (HQ) S. S. Sreejith; Academy Director K. Sethuranaman, Thrissur Range Dig Harishankar, Thrissur City Commissioner Ilalango R. Locked -Kilitli Children’s Safety Institute Professor Paul Griffiths and others attended.

Cocon International Seminar will take place in Kochi on October 10 and 11.
