India’s largest military research and development program so far is ready to grab under a competitive model that will see that domestic private companies are facing established public sector organizations.
In June, the Aviation Development Agency (ADA) issued an expression of interest (EOI) to characterize Indian companies with technical expertise to make a fighter aircraft for more than eight years.
For prototypes, 15.000 RS Crore is budgeting, while the final Emir Rupi Croreres Lakhs will be adjusted. Bid holders need to prove that they have sufficient experience in development, engineering, production, equipment and test as well as absorbing uncle design and other things.
The ambitious program will see the development of a new, fifth generation fighter aircraft, which will be India’s main air platform in the mid -2030s.
After the development, 120 fighter aircraft is expected to be ordered at the first party and deliveries are expected to start until 2035. As more advanced variants are developed, the number is expected to increase significantly in the coming years.
New jets, hidden features, artificial intelligence integration, long -range targeting capabilities and unmanned systems will have the latest military technologies. According to plans, four to five prototypes will be produced and tested and approved before mass production.
