Private equity giant KKR expands Middle East footprint with ADNOC gas pipeline investment

Global Private Capital Giant KKR has expanded its partnership with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and acquired a minority share in Adnoc GAS Pipeline assets.

This Adnoc subsidiary runs 38 gas pipelines and two export terminals in the United Arab Emirates. KKR did not explain the value of the agreement to CNBC.
