Emma Hayes: United States head coach inducted into National Football Museum’s Hall of Fame

Emma Hayes, the boss of the United States, says that working in international football is like “being a grandfather or grandfather”, because the executives spend a short time with their players.

Speaking after entering the National Football Museum Honor List, former Chelsea manager said that the US was “completely enjoyable”.

“It was incredible, really,” he said 48 -year -old. “Grandpa or grandfather, like being international football. You can’t see them [the players] You send them back to their parents – or clubs at the end of that period.

“I really enjoyed recognizing a new set of players and working with a nation, which is really valuable for me and has a large part of my development.”

Hayes said that he felt that he felt that he was “ready” to get away from the club football after a career who won the seven league championships with Chelsea and allowed his new role to use his “strategic thought” to focus on long -term solutions.

Three months after taking over as the US ruler, Paris took the 2024 Olympic games to the gold medal.

In addition, although they were beaten 2-1 by Japan, they reached the final of the Invitational Shebelieves Cup in February.

“I didn’t think about the transition. It was completely enjoyable and I enjoy life as an international coach.”

“I always felt that you need to go every three days as a club coach, and it’s just the next game. To win a course and the best practices to have a little longer to think about how to place the best practices, I feel that he saved me to develop another part of that time.”
