Albany woman dies after tractor trailer collides with truck on Route 9

According to Saratoga Springs – Saratoga Springs police, an Albany woman seriously injured when a tractor trailer collided with the van of the State Route 9 on Tuesday.

The police described the woman as 43 on Wednesday.
