Police clear man of link to Porepunkah fugitive accused of killing cops

The last search on Mount Buffalo came a day after approaching a property in Goomalibee, an hour west of Porpunkah, and seized a man in the Undera town, 80 kilometers west.

“Tactical police followed the intensive searches carried out by the police in the last few weeks,” the police said in a statement.
On Wednesday, he entered the property in Goomalibee on the way to a narrow country covered with civil servants, mature gum trees and blooming canola fields.
As part of the planned operation in the afternoon of Wednesday, 20 police vehicles and expert police units, including helicopters, were deployed.

The police said that the helicopter flew up and down the Broken Creek for several hours before departing.

The police confirmed that they had taken back this operation at the beginning of this week.
