War secretary Pete Hegseth This week I gave a blunt message to military leaders from around the world: Fit, Trump Agenda, go out or go out.

He pointed out that many of the generals from around the world were called to gather with the secretary and that many of them expect closed door announcements to correct the General Civil Servant Corps, to reduce forces in the Middle East and Europe, or to interrupt their roles.

Instead, what they received was an address of Hegseth and President Donald Trump on television. The secretary forced a populist message to give back the decision to the warrior, and required the senior leadership to receive physical education and return to power in line with low rank officers.

Garrett Smith, CEO of an active Marine Corps Reserve and Defense Technology company, said the show is not unusual but unique.

Trump declared the ‘warrior spirit’ ‘Rewaking’ that it was a unshakable support for the military: ‘You have backs’

“At the first level, at the first level, in any large multinational company or in the big organization, when there is a new boss, it is completely reasonable to call all your regional managers and VPs for a ton of environment, to re -confirm the agenda, to ensure alignment.” He said. “But frankly, these are not normal times. This Trump administration will come with a lot of advanced drama and mystery and oddity … Politics and action could be completely great, but most of the country will be wondering, what happened?”

Even if so, Smith argued that the basic message was open: “One return war struggle And preparation to win wars as the priority mission of the department. There was a perception that we escaped from this that it was just a task between many people. It is really important to redefine that this is a mission – investing in the war struggle. “

At a time when the Trump administration was on alert for internal resistance against the agenda, the speech reminded the commanders away from Washington that their authorities were ultimately flowing from the president.

“This is a historical Jesus meeting, dedi he said, a former reconnaissance sailor Chad Robicheux, who spoke to Afghanistan eight times. “Message Open: Division, resistance and leadership days have ended.”

“Crystal net – generals and admirals attract attention: Make up these new policies and culture, and do not be alert leaders.” He said.

“Today, the issue is about the nature of ourselves, because unless you have the right people and the right culture in the war section, no plan, program, no reform, ultimately no formation will be successful.” He said.

War fitness tests will be independent of gender and high -level civil servants should meet standards.

“It is unacceptable to see oil generals and admirals in the Pentagon halls.” Whether you are a ranger or a president Ranger in the air, be a brand new or four -star general, you must meet the height and weight standards and pass your PT test. “

Hegseth, all staff should pass physical education tests and meet the weight requirements twice a year and work on a daily basis. “We don’t talk like hot yoga and stretching,” he said. “Real Hard Pt.”

This represented a separation from the previous years, where fitness standards frequently fell after reaching higher ranks and tables connected to the table.

Hegseth determines that ‘the highest male standard’, other changes, debt for war. Defense ‘is over’

Smith from Infantry said that focusing on physical preparation standards is part of this change. “If we want to offer a deterrent power to the world so that we don’t have to go to war, we must be ready to win the next war. This is the deterrent power we reflect.”

At the same time, Smith accepted the cultural edge of Hegseth’s message. He continued: “There was an obvious and very clear anti-impaired, anti-social threat of justice. It must be specific to the administration and must be part of his messages every time. This is not a surprise given by the last four or five years.”

Generals from Trump saw a preview of those expected in the upcoming national defense strategy: the defense of homeland in the Western Hemisphere and a renewed focus on US domination. Trump suggested that guilty US cities could even serve as “educational fields” for troops.

“I told Pete to use some of these dangerous cities as an educational field for our national guards, because we are going to Chicago very soon.” He said.

Hegseth tells the troops to resign if they oppose the plan to scrape their ‘wake up’ policies and to restore warrior morality.

Hegset’s message was a personal advantage based on his military experience. Hegseth, a former army national guard officer working in Iraq and Afghanistan, left the service in great ranks – the current layer of the general civil servant he is currently supervised.

This orbit has colored its foreign stance for the Pentagon rice for a long time, giving him reliability with rank and file troops, and at the same time feeding that some of them see as a shoulder chip against those who climb higher in the hierarchy.

The generals that the generals have weight, their daily training and their insistence according to the same standards as the young officers reflects both their populist instincts and the feeling of being closer to the warrior than war planner.

“I can’t imagine a scenario that a general should run on a battlefield.”

“He felt some theater, dedi a young officer said without talking. “But it is right that the generals should meet the standards they expect from the people they lead.”

Another, “Soldier and ‘War’ department finally looks better and I’m happy with all the bulls in the past and I don’t have to deal with it.” He said.

Hegset also said that he would remove the railings aiming to prevent bullying and harassment, and that he would “put the leaders into practice the standards without suffering or second estimate”.

“No more walking in the egg shells.”

If they don’t like the message to the military officers in the room, he said, “Then you should do something honorable and resign.”
