Ange Postecoglou remains undaunted despite taunts from Nottingham Forest fans

Anger Postcoglou used to challenge that Nottingham Forest fans wanted their dismissal almost three weeks later.

The defeat of the 3-2 Europa League, which is damaged by Midtjylland, means that Postcoglou is also under the six matches responsible for Forest.

He became the first permanent forest manager for 100 years, which did not win any of his first six matches.

Valdemar Byskov, after scored the third goal of the visitors in City Ground, many forest supporters for the former Tottenham boss, “You are fired on the morning,” he damaged.

He was dismissed 16 days later after the four months when Postcoglou lifted this trophy with Spurs, and paid the price of a terrible domestic campaign. Now he’s fighting to get results in another club.

For 29 years, the first European game in the city field resulted in crushing disappointment, and the criminal finger pointed to Postcoglou before his last whistle exploded.

Flashing, fans later praised Postcoglou’s predecessor Nuno Espirito Santo, who was now with West Ham.

Nuno directed Forest to the seventh place in the Premier League last season before his dismissal with his relationship with Evangelos Marinakis.

Defeat to Midtjylland came to Sunderland in the Premier League on Saturday after 1-0 home loss.

These results changed the mood in the forest, and the supporters tended to question Marinakis.

“Fans are disappointed, allowed to have an idea about it.

“Nothing in football surprises me. The climate we are in. Apparently things are going. It is nothing I can control.

“My responsibility is to make sure that we get some gains for this football club and that we have advanced.

“I would prefer if people were optimistic about what I am doing. I can only change this by winning football games.

“Whatever the way, it will not change the way of taking these things.

Forest spent approximately 180 million pounds in the summer, wanted to withstand the success of last season, but Nuno was dismissed last month after his relationship with Marinakis deteriorated.

Postcoglou took his place on September 9, but Forest could not maintain the momentum of last season and fought against visitors from the Danish Super League.

Australia believes that the head coach team is close to a breakthrough.

“Yes, nothing I see tonight changes any of them,” Postcoglou said. “I get the mood around the ground, it won’t be great, and now I understand the attitude of people, especially against me, but it’s not a region that is not familiar to me.

“I believe we are on the right path, and when we go through this period of uncertainty we are in, we will be on a good path.”

Chris Wood’s stopping penalty could not save Forest, who had accepted the first half targets from Ousmane Diao and Mads Bech on both sides of Dan Ndo’s Ekolayzır.

Forest took 2-2 in Real Betis last week and went to Newcastle in the Premier League on Sunday before the international break.

Postcoglou said: “This is a really bad result from us. It was an important night for many reasons and [a] Similar fairy tale, we are disappointed in important moments and there is a mountain to climb.

“If you allow the opportunity to score goals every time they approach your goal, it will be difficult to win football games.”
