During a funny change, Prime Minister Rama mocked the joke because he did not recognize a “peace agreement” about Albania, which was never existed.
“You must publish an apology. For you, President Trump’s unable to congratulate us for the peace agreement between Albania and Azerbaijan, Rama said Rama apparently makes Macron laugh at President Aliyev.
Macron went with a joke, “I’m sorry for that.”
Rama defends the change as ‘friendly humor’
