Snowfall blankets Utah ski resorts amid stormy weather, Guardsman Pass closed

Salt Lake City (ABC4) – According to the Utah Transportation Department (UDOT), today, October 4, Utah ski centers are coming.

“The guards will be closed today because of weather conditions,” he said. The road is expected to reopen on Sunday, October 5th.

Alta Resort reportedly received six inch snow on Saturday afternoon.

Toele County said in a statement on Saturday morning, “This storm has the potential features of a 100 -year -old storm, it brings heavy rainfall,” he said. “Emergency response teams from Tooele County, Toele City and Stansbury Park Service Agency actively respond to many reports of the effects of flood and storm.”
