Donald Trump news: US President schedules UFC fight at the White House on his 80th birthday
US President Donald Trump confirmed his plans to host a large UFC fight in White House caries to celebrate his 80th birthday next year.
The event is planned to be held on June 14, 2026 and will also celebrate the 250th anniversary of the US independence.
79 -year -old Trump, Norfolk Naval Station in Virginia in his speech on October 5 in Norfolk, “next year on June 14, the White House, White House, the White House will make a big UFC fight,” he said.
Last month, the White House angered the dramatic installation of the fight, a bright cage and two large displays.
The event is part of the country’s “America250” celebrations throughout the country, which Mr. Trump introduces the country’s historical places, national parks and battlefields.
Trump, “Everybody watching UFC? Great Calf White? UFC will be our war. Think about it on the grounds of the White House – we’ll think of it. We have a lot of land there,” he said.
Dana White, CEO of UFC, confirmed that the fight will take place as part of the 250th anniversary.
“We’ll build a little (octagon). We’re not, Calf will do it. Dana is great, like someone, Tr Trump continued its activities.
“(There is) A UFC fight like 20,000 to 25,000 people will be a championship fight, full fighting and we will do it within the scope of ‘250’.
In August, White said to Associated Press: “Imagine this, the 250th birthday of the United States will be on the southern grass of the White House in UFC CBS.”
During a March 2024 campaign, including a March event in Miami, Mr. Trump, who participated in more than one UFC fight, shared photos with Elon Musk, Kid Rock and UFC CEO Dana White in November.
