31 Passengers Hurt As 2 Buses Collide in Bhadradri-Kothagudem

Nalgonda: At least 31 passengers suffered minor injuries when two TGSRTC buses traveling in opposite directions collided on a bend near Sarapaka in Burgampadu mandal of Bhadradri-Kothagudem district on Friday.
Police said one bus was going from Bhadrachalam to Khammam and the other was going from Bhadrachalam to Kothagudem. The collision occurred as a result of a head-on collision between two vehicles approaching each other at a sharp bend.
Burgampadu police reached the spot soon after receiving information and rushed the injured passengers to a hospital in Bhadrachalam in 108 ambulance. Officials confirmed that all 31 passengers suffered only minor injuries and none were in serious condition.
