Israel-supporter Fetterman marked the release of the remaining living hostages

Democratic Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania celebrated the release of the surviving hostages held by Hamas, the terrorist group that carried out the heinous attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.
He credited President Donald Trump with helping negotiate the peace deal that led to the release of captives taken during the attack.
“The nightmare is finally over. May the hostages make a full recovery, and may we never forget those who did not survive. Thank you @POTUS for a groundbreaking ceasefire in this terrible war,” Fetterman said. to mail In X.

Fetterman began his post with a quote from former hostage Eli Sharabi, who was released in February. This two-word quote “Now, life” comes from Sharabi’s memoir “Hostage.”
Fetterman became a committed and ardent supporter of Israel after the horrific attack and subsequent war in 2023.
