Looking elsewhere now we see serious congestion on the M4 eastbound between J14 and J13 following a vehicle fire.

Traffic England said traffic was expected to clear between 10.30am and 10.45am, with normal traffic conditions expected around the same time.

There are currently one and a half hour delays in expected traffic.
