Alec Baldwin was uninjured after crashing his vehicle into a tree to avoid a truck while driving in the Hamptons on Monday.

Baldwin, 67, was traveling with his brother Stephen when the incident occurred shortly after noon on State Route 27 in New York.

Monday’s collision marked the latest incident for the Emmy-winning actor, who was not only embroiled in a manslaughter case last year over the 2021 on-set death of “Rust” cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, but also threatened to break a comedian’s neck near his Manhattan home.

According to the East Hampton Township Police Department, the incident occurred around 12:01 a.m. on Oct. 13 on Pantigo Road near Cross Highway.

A white 2023 Range Rover, operated by Alec and driven by passenger Stephen, was found to have struck a tree on the Eastside shoulder of the highway while avoiding the turning motion of a 2020 Mack commercial truck registered to National Waste Services in Bay Shore, NY, an EHTPD spokesperson told Fox News Digital.
