Brisbane City Council makes plans for traffic lights to fix dangerous intersection at Archerfield Road in Inala
This suburban intersection is one of the most dangerous in Brisbane, and drivers must rely on their knowledge of road rules to figure out who should give way via two Stop signs and white painted lines.
The width of the road also means waiting drivers tend to squeeze their cars next to other vehicles, adding to confusion.
Brisbane City Council has released plans for an update that includes four sets of traffic lights, separate turning lanes and pedestrian crossings.
