This year is amazing telethon The house sold for a record-breaking $1.375 million.

But this sale meant much more than that flowing into the coffers; Home Group and Satterley brought the total to $1.4 million.

The house was an epic four-bedroom, two-bathroom residence in Madora Bay’s Seaside Estate.

Located on a spacious 560sq m block in a family-friendly suburb, the house is a short walk from the beach with nearby lush parks and close to local schools, including the brand new St Marcellin Catholic College.

This was the third time Telethon Home was built at Seaside Estate, thanks to the partnership between Home Group and Satterley.

The Telethon house, built in Upper Swan last year, sold for a then-record $1.175 million.
