Police in New England town searching for man who pocketed $7,400 in cash that fell off car
Police in a New England town are searching for a man who reportedly pocketed thousands of dollars that fell from the roof of a car.
The Kennebunk Police Department in Maine said an elderly man was seen collecting approximately $7,400 on Fletcher Street on Wednesday evening, October 15.
Police stated that the missing money pocketed was from the sale of a vehicle.
In photos shared by police on Facebook, the man in question is seen wearing a plain blue shirt and brown trousers. He reportedly drove away in a dark gray Honda CR-V.

A second man was seen in the photos, but police did not mention that he was wanted in connection with the incident.
