He said: ‘Even though Tommy and I are doing a lot better and we’re in a much better place, there are still things that trigger me really bad, like when I hear the word alcohol, it’s like, ‘Oh, I mean, I’m nervous, I’m shaking, I’m really anxious.’
‘I care so much about Tommy and our relationship that when it’s not convenient and there’s a problem, it’s exhausting for me.’
He continued: ‘I had a panic attack and felt sick. I thought, Oh my God, this is not good. It’s really bad because my body literally can’t handle it, can’t handle the anxiety at all.
‘Yes, it was very bad. ‘I had to take a beta blocker because I was so anxious.’
This comes after Zoe Rae’s sister Molly-Mae said her relationship status with Tommy Fury was “abnormal” and “not good for their daughter Bambi”.

From then on, Molly-Mae was seen talking about how their relationship had improved since their reconciliation, but she was often triggered when she mentioned alcohol.
Molly-Mae says: ‘Tommy and I wouldn’t be in separate homes in an ideal world, and hopefully we won’t be by the end of this year.’
Zoe then replies: ‘I think you need to try.’
He quickly says he’s there ‘always’, while Zoe retorts: ‘You’re not Molly, you’re there every other day.’
‘It’s not normal again and it’s not good for Bambi.’
Molly-Mae later made a raw and honest confession, saying: ‘The thought of going there and putting all my eggs in one basket is scary because I never know what tomorrow will bring with me and her.
‘I guess I get anxious because I don’t know if I’m going to wake up and be faced with a big problem because it’s happened so many times.’
She added: ‘Having two homes now and living separately is almost like a security blanket for me and knowing that I have my own space and can distance myself if I need to.’
Molly-Mae and Tommy were photographed kissing on New Year’s Eve last year, with Molly-Mae later confirming their romance had resumed in May.
He also admits in the first episode that “things weren’t perfect” and that they were both “still trying to figure it out.”
The mother-of-one explains: ‘A lot of people say having kids can really pull you apart, but that’s never been an issue for Tommy and I.
‘Bambi has always been very good for our relationship, and lately Bambi has brought us even closer together.
‘It’s happened gradually, lately we’ve been spending more time together and going out in public more together, which was scary at first because we didn’t know what to say.’
