Frustrated Boris Johnson loses cool at Covid inquiry: ‘You try!’ | News

Boris Johnson appeared annoyed as he gave evidence to the Covid inquiry on Tuesday (October 21), telling the panel his job was “not easy”.
The former prime minister was being questioned about the impact of the pandemic on young people and children, particularly discussing the way exam results are decided in England.
Responding to KC, Clair Dobbin said: “All I’m going to say is, you know, you’re trying to find a system that will give a fair test result to people who can’t take tests. It’s not easy. OK? That’s all I have to say.”
This is the second time Mr Johnson has launched an investigation in 2022 in a bid to put the government’s actions “under the microscope”. The public inquiry is currently in its eighth module focusing on young people.
