A female protester was arrested after crossing a restricted line during a tense standoff with federal officers outside a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Portland, Oregon, on Saturday afternoon, according to new video shared with Fox News Digital by TPUSA Frontlines.

In the clip, which lasts just over a minute, police officers can be seen shouting orders as a woman wearing a keffiyeh walks past a blue line painted on the property.

Within seconds, several officers pulled him toward the entrance of the facility while others moved to hold the crowd back. As the conflict progresses, protesters can be heard shouting and pepper spray is used.

TPUSA Frontlines told Fox News Digital that the woman “did not want him to cross the ICE line” and made contact with a police officer before being taken into custody. Frontlines added that crowds are expected to increase later in the evening as the rain subsides.

In a statement to Fox News Digital, the Portland Police Bureau confirmed two arrests in connection with Saturday’s protests.

“PPB arrested two people for crimes committed today. I do not have names or charges yet. Officers have not returned them to the station yet, so this will take some time,” the spokesman said. “As we have done every night for weeks, PPB continues to monitor the area for criminal behavior.”

ICE did not immediately respond to an inquiry from Fox News Digital to confirm whether the woman’s arrest was carried out by its own personnel or whether the pepper spray was used by agency officers.

Protests outside the ICE facility in Portland have become a nearly nightly occurrence in recent weeks as activists oppose detentions and deportations.

TPUSA Frontlines also alleged that demonstrators had a so-called “safe house” near downtown Portland where they stored supplies and coordinated activities. This claim has not been independently verified by Fox News Digital.

Portland police have repeatedly said they will continue to monitor gatherings near the ICE building for illegal behavior.
