I don’t believe Tottenham’s current identity is set in stone because we’ve seen how Brentford have improved under his management over several seasons and it’s just getting started here.

Brentford had a very direct style when they first came to the Premier League and their actions were very clear and predictable.

But if you watched them last season, you’ll see a completely different approach. They played from the back through Christian Norgaard and although they could mix things up, they were not a one-move pony.
