President Murmu to Take Sortie in Rafale Tomorrow

New Delhi: President Droupadi Murmu will fly a sortie in a Rafale jet, a frontline fighter jet, from the Indian Air Force’s Ambala air base on Wednesday. The station hosts one of the IAF’s two Rafale squadrons. On April 8, 2023, the President flew in a Sukhoi 30 MKI fighter jet at Tezpur Air Force Station in Assam. Rafale fighter jets played a crucial role during Operation Sindoor.
