‘Multiple people’ stabbed on train in Huntington

BBCEmergency services were called after “several people” were stabbed on the train.
British Transport Police are currently responding to the incident on the LNER train to Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
Cambridgeshire Police were also at the scene and two people were arrested.
No details were released about how many people were stabbed or the severity of the injuries.
The LNER website confirmed that “emergency services are dealing with an incident between Stevenage and Peterborough”.
All lines are currently closed until the incident is addressed.
“Trains running between these stations may be delayed by up to 60 minutes or revised.
“A major disruption is expected by the end of the day,” the statement said.
