This is exactly how I look this good: Top model MIRANDA KERR reveals her 7 beauty tricks from a blood test diet to the one common food she NEVER eats and the concealer secret she swears by

How does he do this? What does he use? How much does it cost?!
Nothing gets us louder than the beauty and wellness regimes of the rich and famous. And when looking fabulous is their job (as in the case of model and beauty entrepreneur Miranda Kerr, 42), the tips, tricks and must-haves are even more interesting.
Kerr, founder of beauty brand Kora Organics, lives in Los Angeles and is the mother of four children: Flynn, 14, with her ex-husband, actor Orlando Bloom, and Hart, seven, Myles, six, and Pierre, one, with her husband, Evan Spiegel, CEO of the company behind the Snapchat app.
Here are the routines, products, and habits she swears by to keep her looking and feeling at peak performance.

Watch the sunrise
I wake up at 5am every morning and I actually quite enjoy it now. I used to be a night owl, but my husband, who was always early, had a positive impact on me.
One of the things I make a point of doing is watching the sunrise through an open window. I’ve heard from many people in the healthcare industry that healing occurs 20 minutes before sunrise. [infrared] Its rays are the strongest. [Infrared light is reputed to promote healing, pain relief and energy.] I’ve been doing this lately and I think it helps me feel energized.
Meditate daily
I have been meditating since I was 18 years old. Every day is different, some days you go deeper – into a state of bliss – and some days you don’t go that deep and that’s okay. My teacher explained to me that it was like swimming; It doesn’t matter if you’re in the shallow end or the deep end of the pool, you’re still getting wet. I think it’s a really good way to release stress – it’s like a pressure valve – and if you’re not clearing that kind of energy, I feel like it definitely shows up on your face and in your eyes.

Use skin care with crystal filters
I think your skincare routine should feel like a little spa moment at home. This is one of the reasons why each of my products are filtered through rose quartz crystals during the manufacturing process, so they have a beautiful loving energy.
If I had to pick a favorite product from this range, I’d probably say the Turmeric Brightening and Exfoliating Scrub + Mask (£20). uk.koraorganics.com). Like a facial. The results are immediate: your skin is bright and radiant. I’m obsessed.
Boost your healthy life with gadgets
I have the Weber Medical LightMat (from around £500) wmedicalsystems.com) uses red and infrared LEDs to relieve inflammation, and I have a helmet from the same company (around £3,000) – which shines light into the skull to help cognitive functions.

I also use a device called Truvaga (about £190, truvaga.com) is a vagus nerve stimulant that helps calm you down. We live in a fast paced world and these help rebalance me. Oh, there’s an electric plate in my bathroom that shakes your whole body, which I think is supposed to be good for circulation and blood flow, so I stand on it when I do my skincare and makeup.
Eat according to blood tests
I had my blood tested because I was gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free and it was causing inflammation. Instead, I eat gut-friendly foods like sauerkraut, coconut yogurt kefir, and goat’s milk kefir. And I’m a big fan of juices – I have celery juice, noni [a bitter, mango-sized fruit from the coffee family] juice and aloe juice daily.
Multitask your makeup
I like the Kosas Lip Balm (£19, kosas.com) I use it in the shade Pulse and sometimes I use it as a blush too. I’ve used RMS Uncoverup Concealer for years (£39, rmsbeauty.com) and a drop of my Kora Organics Noni Glow Facial Oil (£29, uk.koraorganics.com) into the pot and then using a makeup brush, apply it all over my face for light coverage so it looks like you have healthy, glowing skin.
Choose the exercise that suits you
I have a bike called the Carol bike (£2,595, carolbike.com) where you can do a super quick ten-minute ride – it’s like HIIT and the fastest way to get fit. I’m all about efficiency and I really enjoy doing it. I went through a phase of weight training and enjoyed it a lot and I want to get back into Pilates but right now I’m focused on meditation and yoga.
My meditation teacher taught me something called rolling [a specific sequence of yoga poses, breathwork and meditation] and instead of pushing myself, I was very interested in this topic. I feel like this is exactly what my body needs right now.
