‘You were very encouraging, thank you [Vito].’
In an emotional speech, Vito turned to Ellie and said: ‘Honestly, there are no words to describe how proud I am of you and how much you have truly changed my life. You made me a much better person.
‘At the beginning of this year I said to myself please, please, please can you send me a beautiful angel into my life? And now you came. I never had a sister, but I always wanted to have one.
‘I have you now and you are my little sister forever and your big brother is always by your side.’
Vito then told Ellie that they would continue dancing together.
Sunday night’s results show featured Celebrity Traitors star Cat Burns performing How to be Human following the release of her album.

On Strictly’s Halloween week on Saturday, Lewis Cope stunned the judges by taking the series’ top 40 with a speedy version of Radiohead’s Creep for his couple’s dance of choice.
Considering she grew up in Hartlepool with her 13 siblings, Lewis left home when she was just 10 to live in London and pursue her performing career, and admitted that she often missed her family, especially her Nanna Dot.
And certainly making his family proud, Lewis and his partner Katya Jones blew everyone away with their incredible performance full of surprises and tricks.

Leaving Motsi Mabuse on his own two feet, Craig Revel Horwood described the performance as ‘Spooktacular’, with Motsi adding that it was ‘out of this world’.
Meanwhile, Shirley Ballas broke down in tears as she thanked her family for allowing Lewis to follow his dreams and share his talent with the country.
Anton Du Beke added that it was the best of the series by ‘a million miles’ and he couldn’t do anything to make it better.
He doesn’t take out his 10 racket most of the time, but even Craig got the first full score of the series, giving the duo the highest score.
