Islamic prayer timings in US: Check Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha time on November 3 in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix

Islamic prayer times are meticulously structured at regular intervals to ensure spiritual discipline and obedience within society. Muslims perform daily prayers (Namaz in Arabic) at a specific time in connection with daily astronomical events, especially depending on the position of the Sun in the sky. There are basically five major prayers: Fajr (dawn), Dhuhr (afternoon), Asr (afternoon), Maghrib (sunset) and Isha (night) performed at a specific time to get in direct contact with the almighty.

Morning is the first of the five daily Islamic prayers performed at dawn before sunrise. The noon prayer is the second prayer performed when the sun begins to descend from the top. Asr prayer is the afternoon prayer, and evening prayer is performed immediately after sunset. Isha is the night prayer performed after the time of dawn disappears.
