Thameslink wrote on X (formerly Twitter): “We are aware that London Bridge station has been evacuated for a short period of time.

“We apologize for any concerns this has caused our customers and confirm that the station has reopened to ensure safe travel at this station.

“Some trains may be delayed or call patterns may change, so please check journey planners or station information boards for updated platform and train information.”
