In an Instagram video, Bishnoi explained the emotional toll of not passing the exams in her first attempt. By sharing his struggle and transformation, he encouraged candidates not to give up and expect success.

IAS Pari reviewed her UPSC journey on Instagram and wrote: “Real victory is when you ‘don’t give up’,” Bishnoi wrote. “If you’re in a dark place right now, you’re not stuck. You’re not broken. You can change your life. It’s all up to you.”
The now viral video details Bishnoi’s transformation and showcases her journey from failures to success. After failing his exams in 2017, he returned to Rajasthan, where he experienced a difficult period of isolation that affected his mental and physical health.
“I isolated myself. I shut out the world. Eating became my escape from stress,” she wrote. “I gained 45 kilos. I felt heavy, not only physically but also emotionally. I didn’t recognize myself anymore.”
What was the turning point for IAS Pari Bishnoi?
The turning point in his life came when he received an interview call. While the video shows him training, eating healthy and regaining his self-confidence, Bishnoi said, “I decided to fight not only for a rank but also for myself.”
Reflecting on her fitness journey, she shared: “Losing weight wasn’t just about numbers; it was about overcoming fear, doubt, and any feelings of inadequacy.”

At the age of 23, IAS Pari Bishnoi cleared the UPSC exam in her third attempt, securing All India Rank (AIR) 30 in the Civil Services Examination 2019. He failed in his first two attempts.
During his preparation, he lived a disciplined life “like a monk”, avoiding distractions by deleting all his social media accounts and not using a smartphone.
