Meghan Markle shares iconic Harry video with 4-word quote in tribute | Royal | News

Meghan Markle shared a popular video of Prince Harry on the occasion of Veterans Day in the US. The Duchess of Sussex uploaded a video to Instagram of Harry running away during an interview years ago while he was serving with the Armed Forces in Afghanistan.
The Duchess uploaded the video alongside a new photo of her husband talking to a war veteran to mark Veterans Day in the US. She captioned the post: “As my husband says, ‘Once served. Always served.’
“Thank you to all who have served, sacrificed, and continue to serve. I honor you on Veterans Day. And every day.”
Although Harry did not celebrate Remembrance Day today, he appeared wearing British military medals in a surprise video link at the Heroic Hearts Project Gala on Sunday.
The event, run by the Heroic Hearts Project, was aimed at supporting war veterans struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder.
Appearing on video link from the premiere, Harry was heard saying: “As a war veteran and someone who cares deeply about mental fitness, I have seen how important real veteran-led support is.
“You have created a safe space where courage is not defined by silence, but by showing up. Where strength is not the absence of challenge, but the willingness to face it.”
