Steer clear of Andrew if you want to get your reputation back, PR firm told Jeffrey Epstein when he was freed from jail

Newly released documents reveal pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was instructed to ‘carefully’ stay away from the former Duke of York for the sake of his own reputation.
The financier was warned it would be ‘disastrous’ for him to be associated with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, who has been trying to rebuild his reputation in the years after his 2008 conviction for which he was sentenced to 13 months in prison.
He was also advised to urgently appoint a team of ‘Israeli experts’ to clear up internet search results that revealed ‘unsavory stories’ linking him to ‘pedophilia’ and ‘Prince Andrew’.
Epstein was told that distancing himself from the then prince after he was jailed for soliciting underage sex was key to his long-term PR strategy to ‘stable restore’ his profile.
Ironically, continued revelations about their long-term relationship would eventually lead to Andrew’s downfall; The King would soon strip him of his titles, and he would soon be stripped of his home in the Royal Lodge at Windsor manor.
A 2011 step-by-step plan by public relations firm Osborne & Partners, titled ‘Reputation Problems’, is among a 20,000-page trove of documents released from the Epstein estate by US lawmakers this week.
The memo states that the most pressing issue that needs to be “addressed as a matter of urgency” is Epstein’s relationship with Andrew, which has led to negative press in the UK.
The letter was written just months after The Mail on Sunday first revealed Virginia Giuffre’s allegations against the former duke and the famous photo of Andrew with his arm around the then-teenager’s waist in 2001.
Jeffrey Epstein warned that being associated with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor would be ‘disastrous’ for him; as the disgraced financier sought to rebuild his reputation following his 2008 conviction for soliciting and procuring a person under 18 for prostitution.
The note, cited by the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday, said: ‘…it is disastrous if you are seen to be in any way facilitating his lifestyle or assisting with his well-documented problems.
‘Their only interest in you and Ghislaine (Maxwell) is in attacking Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson. You should carefully avoid any contact with the couple, which will diminish interest and we can engage constructively with them on your behalf.’
The PR firm said another ‘immediate priority’ was to ‘clean up’ results on major search engines such as Google.
‘Today, when anyone types in your name, the majority of the first few pages of results refer to accusations, pedophilia, Prince Andrew and unflattering stories, many of which link to Mail websites.
‘We have hired an excellent team of Israeli experts for our other clients, and there are many companies that claim to be able to optimize results this way but fail to do so.
‘I cannot overstate the importance of this because it is the first source of information about you for many people,’ the note says.
He claims that with careful planning and ‘the fullness of time’ it may eventually be possible to reveal something positive about Epstein’s ‘philanthropy’.
The document also provides a step-by-step guide on how to ‘gradually restore your profile in selected media, political and charitable’.
The PR firm’s guide was written just months after The Mail on Sunday first revealed Virginia Giuffre’s allegations about the former duke – along with the infamous photo of Andrew in 2001 with his arm around the then-teenager’s waist.
This includes establishing Epstein as a pioneer in science and technology and proposes that he host an annual event supporting his business and philanthropic interests.
The PR firm is also encouraging him to raise his profile by ‘spending time with European, Middle Eastern, Asian and Latin American political and business leaders’. harmoniously’.
It comes after bombshell emails revealed how Epstein confirmed that the infamous photo he took of the former prince and Ms Giuffre in London was real.
Ms. Giuffre said she slept with Andrew three times; The former prince vehemently denied this claim.
